Key Job Elements

Duties and responsibilities
--- Responsible for journal entries on routine basis;
--- Monitor and adjust balances;
--- Monitor SAP transactions;
--- Review customer spending;
--- Account reconciliations for area;
--- Responsible for monthly warranty review report;
--- Prepare and update monthly and annual warranty reports.

Advanced duties and responsibilities
--- Provide advanced level reporting upon request;
--- May supervise the work of others.

Education / Training

--- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required;
--- 5+ years of experience in an accounting;

Qualifications and Experience

--- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems;
--- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP);
--- Knowledge and experience in warranty transactions required;
--- Ability to work independently and with teams;
--- Experience working in a manufacturing, accounting environment;
--- Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail;
--- Microsoft Office skills required, expert skills with spreadsheets;
--- Strong organizational and analytical skills required.
