  • Investigate reports and sheets of data
  • Search the internet for information
  • Create notes of tasks, files, and progress
  • Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
  • Classify information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
  • Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources
  • Methodically review completed work, checking for computation errors or duplicate values before submitting the final productRequirements
    • High typing accuracy
    • Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
    • Adeptness in Microsoft Office
    • Routine Clerical experience preferred
    • Clerical Duties experience desired
    • Proficiency in Provide Clerical Support
    • Perform Clerical Duties experience preferred
    • Specialized Clerical experience highly desired
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
