Job Description:

This position will perform diverse secretarial and administrative functions to support the Administrator and other members of the Leadership Team. The Coordinator will facilitate communication with residents, visitors and others to resolve concerns and advance projects and tasks; will maintain a data base to track metrics that measure and provide early warning signs of concerns; supports the Administrator in supporting and organizing the day-to-day operations, which by nature of the position involves a high degree of professionalism. This position frequently interacts with high level contacts necessitating the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. In addition the coordinator will interface with the Advisory Board, take minutes of meetings and assist in producing and mailing the packets for Board meetings. The Coordinator will also be the first line of contact with the system to support Human Resources transactional processes; Risk Management and Safety and other formations needing information for system reporting.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheet and graphics
Excellent typing skills (40-60 wpm)
Competent problem solver
Demonstrated project management skills with proven skills in taking initiative and anticipating needs
Excellent telephone and customer relations skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive information
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Minimum of 2 years of diverse administrative support at the departmental level required
