Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our beautiful Links at Texarkana Apartments ! In this role, you will assist the Community and Maintenance Directors in responding to the repair needs of residents, as well as performing preventative maintenance within the community. You will have the benefit of living on-site, saving time and gas every day! (Required) Responsibilities Responding to resident maintenance requests Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, and other community amenities Conducting property inspections Moving furniture when needed Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled Skills and Qualifications Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines Excellent organizational and time-management skills General customer service and commitment to resident satisfaction Past property maintenance experience preferred A plus if you are HVAC or CPO Certified!
