seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Columbus,
TX. (Relocation Assistance is available) Position Overview: The
Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and
competitive quotes for pre-engineered metal buildings. This role
requires a strong understanding of PEMB systems, subcontractor
coordination, material pricing, and customer communication. The
ideal candidate thrives in a structured environment, is highly
detail-oriented, and consistently delivers professional estimates
that support project success and customer satisfaction. Why is this

process-driven company. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and
competitive estimates for a variety of projects, including
commercial, agricultural, and residential buildings. Review plans,
drawings, and specifications to determine material, labor, and
subcontractor requirements. Coordinate with vendors and
subcontractors to obtain updated pricing and availability.
Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and sales
staff regarding estimates, assumptions, and exclusions. Maintain
organized records of quotes, pricing data, and project files in
QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, and other company systems. Anticipate
potential cost or scheduling issues and proactively address them.
Ensure all estimates reflect the quality, professionalism, and
standards of the Muleshoe brand. Qualifications & Skills: Proven
experience estimating construction projects. Strong knowledge of
pre-engineered metal building systems, foundations, and erection
processes. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to
detail. Proficient in QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, and Excel;
experience with estimating software is a plus. Strong communication
skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently,
prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Customer-focused
