staff. In this position, you will utilize our nationally acclaimed
curriculum as a foundation to craft unique and engaging classroom
experiences. Your commitment to fostering successful relationships
with children, families, and your team will be essential to
achieving success. As a Site Director, your responsibilities will
include: Leading and supervising a team of educators to create
engaging classroom experiences while nurturing passionate and
committed professionals. Ensuring the effective operation of your
site by maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards.
Collaborating with parents who share a commitment to providing the
best care and education for their children. Building positive
relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders,
state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate
partners. Driving recruitment and enrollment efforts for new
families and children at your site. Qualifications and Skills
Required: A minimum of one year of teaching experience with the
ability to inspire and develop a team. A genuine love for children
and a strong desire to make a positive impact every day. Capability
to foster relationships with families and staff, creating an
environment where play and discovery thrive. Exceptional customer
service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity
to manage multiple tasks effectively. Compliance with
state-specific guidelines for the role. Physical ability to use a
computer proficiently, lift at least 40 pounds, and work in both
indoor and outdoor settings. Must be able to engage in physical
activity and maintain visual and physical contact with children.
Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking
English to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
