Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1 years BCBA

qualifications will not be considered. A school-based Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available in
Collegedale, TN, serving students across elementary, middle, and
high school levels. This role involves overseeing a caseload of
10-12 students and providing supervision to 1-2 Registered Behavior
Technicians (RBTs). Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement
individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to student
needs. - Monitor and assess student progress regularly to ensure
treatment effectiveness. - Supervise RBTs, providing guidance and
support to promote quality care. - Collaborate with educators,
families, and interdisciplinary teams to foster a supportive
learning environment. - Maintain thorough documentation in
compliance with established guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications: - Active BCBA licensure and national certification
are required. - Experience working with students in elementary,
middle, and high school settings is preferred. - Strong supervisory
skills with the ability to oversee RBTs effectively. - Excellent
