Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

environment. This full-time contract position runs through the
current school year, offering a unique opportunity to work with
young learners in a variety of community settings. The role
requires an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher to provide
specialized instruction to 3-4 year old students across multiple
locations, including homeschools, daycares, and Head Start centers.
Responsibilities: Deliver tailored instructional strategies and
developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with state and local
curricula to meet diverse learner needs. Travel between 3-4 school
sites to support an itinerant caseload. Lead IEP meetings, ensuring
full compliance with special education guidelines. Conduct rigorous
progress monitoring and maintain accurate electronic student
records. Submit timely progress reports and collaborate with
parents, community partners, and educators to promote student
success. Organize mobile learning environments and utilize
technology to create engaging and stimulating classrooms.
Qualifications and Experience: Valid Early Childhood Special
Education Teaching Certification is required. Experience working
with early childhood learners in special education settings. Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites
effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities,
particularly with families and community stakeholders. Commitment
to fostering a positive and inclusive learning climate. Location:
Onsite in Benton, Louisiana, within an elementary school setting.
