Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in
Columbus, OH, serving a diverse K-12 caseload of approximately 50
students. The position is travel-based and offers the chance to
work with a unique population of youth ages 14-22 who have
developmental disabilities within a specialized school and
transition services program. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across
grades K-12. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized
education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students communication
needs. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary
teams to support student progress and transition planning. Maintain
accurate documentation and comply with state and federal
regulations regarding special education services. Participate in
ongoing professional development and team meetings. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited
program. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience working in
school settings with a strong understanding of educational
regulations. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50
students. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage
effectively with students, families, and staff. Flexibility and
enthusiasm for travel to multiple sites within the Columbus area.
Schedule and Setting: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to
3:00 PM. School-based work supporting a progressive program focused
on youth with developmental disabilities. This role offers the
