An exciting opportunity to join a global technology company as a Planning Engineer.This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and timely deployment of infrastructure projects to meet customer demand. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, evaluating and maintaining accurate engineering records and drafts that are essential for the planning and execution of projects.This position's primary responsible is working in conjunction with multiple groups to evaluate and who are skilled in maintaining precise and comprehensive engineering records and drafts, which are crucial for the successful planning and execution of projects.Location
This position is fully remote work from home within the USThe Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed engineering drawings and records for infrastructure projects.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, including scope of work, drawing sets, and form sets.
• Assist engineers in preparing written Scope of Work for installation vendors, including title pages, tables of contents, contact lists, and general installation notes.
• Manage and document engineering and installation activities to facilitate problem-solving before, during, and after project completion.
• Contribute to the development of engineering documentation standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure documentation aligns with project plans and timelines.
• Defines the need for and documents extremely complex detailed technical methodology for installation of infrastructure equipment of moderate complexity, including written directions, graphical equipment layouts, and equipment topology.What We Look For in a Candidate

    Basic Qualifications
    • Associate degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.
    • Job experience in similar industry
    • Job experience with similar essential dutiesPreferred Qualifications
      • Experience with drafting software and record-keeping in an engineering environment.
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
      • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

        The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
