multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine, Nurse
Practitioners, Adult & Pediatric Psychiatry, Speech Therapy, and
Counseling. Work in a state-of-the-art clinic with plans for future
expansion (coming December 2026). Enjoy dedicated nursing support
with one nurse per provider. Benefit from a centralized call center
for scheduling and a new text system to reduce no-shows (currently
10%-15%). Schedule Flexible schedule options to suit your
preferences, with varying shift lengths. No weekend or call duties,
promoting work-life balance. Compensation and Benefits Competitive
salary with a $250,000 guarantee plus production, offering the
potential to earn up to $300,000 annually. Generous sign-on and
relocation bonuses. Additional incentives include $1,000 per month
for precepting VCOM medical students and loan repayment
