Job Description Job Description Family Medicine - Physician Opportunity Overview: Our organization is on the lookout for board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physicians to become part of our outpatient primary care clinics located in Williamson County. This position focuses on delivering patient-centered care within a 4.5-day clinical workweek, complemented by administrative responsibilities. Position Overview We are expanding our Primary Care services in the Nashville metropolitan area and invite applications from Family Medicine physicians to join our outpatient clinics in Williamson County. We are seeking dedicated clinicians who are passionate about providing outstanding patient-centered care and who wish to contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services. The perfect candidate will exhibit strong clinical expertise, integrity, and a deep commitment to patient care. Qualifications Board-eligible or Board-certified in Family Medicine Experience or interest in outpatient primary care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Practice Opportunity Includes 4.5 days of clinical work, along with a half-day dedicated to administrative tasks A guaranteed salary for two years, supplemented by RVU, Patient Satisfaction, and Quality bonuses Sign-on and relocation bonuses Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance, vacation time, CME days, and holidays A 403B retirement plan with a generous matching contribution (currently at 5%) About Our Organization We are a leading academic medical center, consistently recognized among the top healthcare institutions in the United States.
