Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Alexandria, LA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,196 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Alexandria, Louisiana, 71301! Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical RN – Central Louisiana Start Date: January 26, 2026 Location: Alexandria, Louisiana Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am), rotating weekends, holiday coverage required Highlights: 36-bed medical-surgical telemetry unit in a 328-bed Pathways to Excellence certified medical center 1:6 patient ratio with telemetry monitoring; unit secretary support 0600-2200 daily and patient care tech assistance Advanced technology including iMobile phones, Dynamaps with automated uploads to Meditech, and modern call light systems Part of a Level II Trauma Center and Certified Stroke and Chest Pain Center Highly experienced nursing team with many nationally certified staff members Self-scheduling within established guidelines Requirements: Current Louisiana RN license or multi-state compact license BLS and ACLS certifications required Telemetry rhythm interpretation skills required Strong assessment skills and attention to detail for identifying patient condition changes Experience with PICC line removal and vascular catheter removal preferred Meditech documentation system experience preferred Must reside within 50-mile radius of facility Why It's a Great Opportunity: This unit has been recognized as an HCA Unit of Distinction with outstanding employee engagement scores and consistently maintained quality and core measures.
