Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide services in
a K-12 school setting located in Columbus, IN. This contract
position is scheduled to start as soon as possible and offers
flexibility with a four-day workweek option. This role primarily
supports preschool through 5th-grade students, with a few students
at the junior/senior high level. The caseload includes
approximately 60 students, about half of whom require language
intervention and speech impairment services. The district is small
and rural, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact
within a close-knit community. Key Qualifications: Masters degree
in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid State
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required Prior
experience in a school environment preferred, though not mandatory
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and
communication disorders among preschool to 12th-grade students
Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with
educators and families to support student progress Monitor student
performance and maintain appropriate documentation in accordance
with school and state guidelines Provide therapy and consultation
