He/she will be responsible for ensuring proper design, configuration, and documentation of system change requests and processes.The Main Responsibilities

  • Influence HR COE leaders to standardize and simplify processes such that scale can be obtained Globally for HR systems
  • Lead the regular review and prioritization of HR systems configuration projects
  • Lead SuccessFactors implementation projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and redesign, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training and system post go live stabilization
  • Lead SuccessFactors system updates including functional enhancement reviews and testing
  • Under the direction of HRIS Manager, partner with other team members to manage the delivery of HR systems projects including configuration changes and functionality deployment (including configuration, testing, documentation, peer review, sign off, training, change management etc.)
  • Lead system testing: responsibilities include test scripts development and execution, testing resources coordination and test completion metrics compilation
  • Provide training to end users during project rollout as needed
  • Coordinate with business owners and other HRIS team members to develop future state HR Systems Road Map
  • Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems
  • Develop and maintain system and program administration documentation, update documentation on a frequent basisAdditional Responsibilities
    • Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems, and reports
    • Conduct troubleshooting analysis; Document system errors and issues clearly with screenshots; escalates for review & ticket creation
    • Escalate process change requests, system enhancements or any other major resource requests to HRIS management team for approval prioritization
    • Collaborate with IT on HR system changes that may affect other up or down stream systems
    • Collaborate with the Information Security group to ensure security of HR data
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR data, specifically in the SuccessFactors module you will supportWhat We Look For in a Candidate
      • Degree in economics, statistics, human resources, finance, information technology or related field or equivalent experience
      • At least 6-8 years of SuccessFactors experience, SuccessFactors/SFX accreditations would be preferred.
      • Prefer candidates who have extensive knowledge in configuration of Employee Central module such as Foundational Objects, MDF, Workflows, Picklists, Business Rules, Integration Center reporting and Adhoc Reports creation.
      • Experience with creating custom MDF objects and assigning them in People Profile.
      • SuccessFactors Experience in the following modules is a plus; Compensation; Performance Management; Recruiting.
      • SAP Cloud Platform Integration experience in building integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP on premise systems.
      • Prefer candidates having SAP configuration experience involving replication of employee and organization data and other custom artifacts.
      • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience
      • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
      • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
      • Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members from various business owners

        This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
