Job Description Job Description We are looking for an
experienced Specialty Recruiter Intermediate to join our client's
team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that
requires a proactive individual with strong recruiting expertise
and the ability to drive strategic hiring initiatives. The ideal
candidate will play a key role in streamlining recruitment
processes and aligning hiring strategies with organizational goals.
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective recruiting
strategies tailored to organizational needs. • Manage the full
recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless processes from sourcing to
onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job
requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices. •
Analyze market data to identify trends and improve recruitment
outcomes. • Conduct meetings with customers and stakeholders to
align recruitment goals with business objectives. • Act as a
subject matter expert on policies, hiring procedures, and worker's
compensation. • Optimize recruiting processes by identifying areas
for improvement and implementing solutions. • Drive strategic
initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding.
• Provide detailed reviews and recommendations for recruitment
strategies. • Maintain compliance with company policies and
industry regulations throughout the hiring process. • Proven
experience in recruiting with a focus on end-to-end recruitment
processes. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders. •
Expertise in strategizing and implementing recruitment policies and
procedures. • Ability to manage and streamline hiring processes for
efficiency and effectiveness. • Knowledge of market trends and data
analysis to support recruitment strategies. • Familiarity with
worker's compensation and employment regulations. • Demonstrated
ability to provide strategic guidance to hiring teams. • Experience
in conducting customer meetings and aligning recruitment goals with
organizational strategies.
