HR ANALYST II - Recruitment Marketing

and measuring recruitment, social, and brand strategies to attract
talent, we are looking for you! Initially, this role will be 80-85%
graphic design, but it will expand, and you will play a critical
role in taking CenturyLink's talent attraction strategy to the next
level as we seek out top talent for all roles across the company,
from entry-level, mid-level, technical, and executive. You will be
responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders to
develop, design, implement, execute, and measure the success of
recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance the
company's visibility and reputation, and attract the right talent
to build our talent pipeline. You will provide recommendations on
strategic channel strategies to optimize talent sourcing; utilizing
methods that are effective and drive efficiency. In collaboration
with Recruitics, you will also provide recommendations for
improving our Search Engine Optimization strategy for recruitment.
You will ensure all recruitment marketing plans and strategies
support the company's key strategies and objectives and emphasize
the mission and values of the organization. You will see marketing
strategies through from development to final execution, working
collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure CenturyLink's
employer brand grows and thrives. We are looking for someone who
thrives in a mix of strategic and hands-on work but knows that
measurement is the best way to ensure that our strategy evolves to
what works in the market.
- Graphic design of all marketing collateral required for
campaigns and projects.
- Develops marketing strategies and campaigns for each talent
segment, prioritizing message points and recommending the most
appropriate channels for each segment.
- Owns digital platform creative development and talent
engagement strategies on those platforms.
- Owns talent network strategies, including talent segment
communication plans and processes.
- Partners cross-functionally with Corporate Communications,
Brand, and TA team to ensure effective relationships and meet
- Creates, updates, and executes a monthly content
- Recommends, develops, implements, and executes recruitment
marketing technology, processes, and content that allow recruitment
teams to recruit efficiently at a higher velocity.
- Participates in recruiting and marketing events, as
- Measures and reports on results of campaigns.
What do you need to be successful?
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, recruitment
marketing, employment branding, strategic marketing, and/or product
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs.
- Basic copywriting skills.
- High energy and the ability to excel in a fast paced
- Commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work
within cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power
- Ability to drive results and be agile.
- Ability to use data to influence decisions and create

Bachelors or Equivalent in Graphic Design or Marketing
