precast / prestress industry Ability to read and interpret
blueprints, plans, and specifications Work closely with Engineers
and Sales to meet deadlines . Proven experience supervising and
training production crews Strong knowledge of production operations
Manage and Oversee Inventory and Staging to ensure safe and
efficient work flow Working knowledge of PCI standards and OSHA
safety compliance ensuring hazard-free work environment Ability to
operate, maintain and repair equipment (ex: overhead cranes,
Forklifts) Shifts: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Must have
