Job Description:

dedicated Pellet Mill Operator to join our dynamic team in the
United Kingdom. This role is crucial for supporting our mission to
drive a zero-carbon, cost-effective energy future. As a Pellet Mill
Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining
machinery used in the production of biomass pellets. Our pellets
are vital for generating renewable energy, aligning with our goals
of environmental sustainability and innovation in energy solutions.
Operate pellet mill equipment with precision and care, ensuring
high-quality pellet production Perform routine and preventive
maintenance on pellet mill machinery to ensure smooth operation
Monitor production output and quality, making adjustments to
processes as necessary Collaborate with quality control teams to
ensure that production meets all required standards and regulations
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to industry
safety and environmental protocols Record and report on production
data, contributing to efficiency improvements Troubleshoot issues
with equipment and participate in problem-solving sessions
Proficiency in operating heavy machinery and equipment in a
manufacturing setting Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to
perform routine maintenance Excellent attention to detail to
monitor quality of production Ability to work collaboratively in a
team and communicate effectively Strong problem-solving skills and
ability to adapt to changing situations Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in
machine operation or mechanical maintenance is preferred Forklift
certification may be required or considered an asset
