It's time to look at Taylor.Your Opportunity: Taylor Warehouse & Distribution is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with a passion for building strong, trusting relationships to join our team at our Monroe Twp., NJ facility! In this role, you will interact with and service the needs of our customers.Your Shift:

  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Take, enter, process, and/or expedite orders.
    • Provide price estimates and quotes.
    • Providing effective customer follow-up in post-sales activities.
    • Provide effective and professional communication practices with account representatives and customer.
    • Relay communication chains between Customer Service, Scheduling, Shipping, and other departments.
    • Utilize computer to properly account for issues, returns, receipts of new materials, and associated back-orders.
    • Maintain inventory for office supplies by re-ordering supplies when needed.
    • Enter any discrepancy with a product onto the Unable to Receive report (UTR), once sales resolves the issue produce the correct receipt for the item.
    • Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment.
    • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
    • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

      You Must Have:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years' related experience, or commensurate combination or education and experience
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

        We Would Also Prefer:

        • Experience with warehouse management systems.
        • Customer Service experience.
