You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Agriculture Banker focuses on delivery of credit and a broad range of product / service client solutions within a dedicated geographic area and targets agriculture clients with annual revenues between $1MM - $250MM. The Banker I role is intended to be an entry level position.Primary Responsibilities

  • Completes Agriculture Banker Process training and credit acumen assessment
  • Develops consistent practices learned through the Agriculture Banker Process and required credit training
  • Identifies, prioritizes and develops relationship strategy for high-value retention, expansion clients and acquisition targets
  • Plans and executes quality client/prospect calls
  • Manages transaction processes from initial engagement through final close, including structure, pricing, internal approval / compliance processes and documentation
  • Delivers knowledgeable advice and solutions, institutionalizes client relationships, and optimizes revenue opportunities to the Commercial Bank
  • Isolates current and emerging client needs and proactively introduces solutions
  • Works with relevant business partners in team-based portfolio development and expertise delivery
  • Exercises credit acumen and pricing disciplineThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This position is incentive eligible.Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in BusinessPreferences
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture or agribusiness or other related field
  • Experience in a commercial banking-related sales role with at least one (1) year of commercial relationship management or agriculture banker experience
  • Relevant graduate degreeSkills and Competencies
  • Developed negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
