(PPM), is an Environmental Consulting Firm with multiple offices across the Southeastern United States. Our Monroe, Louisiana office is seeking an energetic and career orientated Geologist (0 to 3 years of experience) to join our team.The Geologist will be responsible for completing field and office efforts including, but not limited to:

• collecting environmental samples (air/water/soil/sediment); installing soil borings/monitoring wells
• installing various types of remediation systems
• oversight of subcontractors
• assisting with data evaluation and report preparation Job Requirements Candidates should have:
  • the ability to safely work independently and in teams while consistently following specific instructions and guidelines
  • effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • exceptional attention to detail at all times
  • a clear driving record
  • be proficient with Microsoft Word and ExcelTravel is required to specific project sites.This position requires a BS or BA degree in Geology from an accredited university.
