Job Description:

We are seeking a Facility Coordinator Intern- Fall Session to join our El Dorado AR team for our highly administrative role working closely with department personnel to ensure that correct and complete information is captured for all activities.

Dates - Ideally August 2024 to December 20, 2024.

Schedule - M-F 20+hr weekly

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all time
• Working knowledge of WIN central and plant receiving, drum receiving and staging, and profile access and printing
• Data entry and scanning into WIN for drum and bulk receiving and tracking operations
• Printing drum labels
• Enter environmental monitoring data into spreadsheets for graphing and reporting purposes
• Perform security function when required by logging in and out all entrants to facility at Security Checkpoint
• Assist with bulk receiving by performing weighmaster duties when needed
• Filing, typing, and general clerical duties;
• Staging loads and printing manifests
• Will perform all mailings, USPS and/ FED EX
