Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Business Analyst in Monroe, Louisiana (LA).

Key Tasks:

• 
  
• Analyzes business processes, functions, and procedures for Consumer Delivery and Fulfillment to determine the most effective business automations and systems software to meet the needs of the organization as they pertain to legacy inventory, activation, and provisioning systems
  
• Establishes automation and efficiency specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel and clients
  
• Collaborates with others in workflow automation systems development and design, including software programming and table, report, and overall solution(s) and delivers program status to clients, management, and executives
  
• Develops automation test plans and coordinates testing
  
  REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4-6 years of experience
