Job Description Sales Partner - Healthcare Channels Role
Overview This position focuses on driving large?scale commercial
growth within the healthcare provider market. You’ll be responsible
for building a strong pipeline, navigating complex sales motions,
and shaping solutions that solve real operational challenges for
ambulatory groups and health systems. Key Responsibilities New
Business Development Build and manage a robust funnel of
prospective enterprise customers, with a focus on multi?site
ambulatory organizations and major health systems. Identify
high?value opportunities, initiate outreach, and guide prospects
from first conversation to close. Complex Deal Leadership Lead
sophisticated sales cycles involving numerous stakeholders and
decision-makers. Conduct discovery, deliver product walkthroughs,
develop ROI narratives, and coordinate contracting activities.
Solution Design Cross?Functional Collaboration Translate customer
challenges into actionable, high?impact solutions. Work closely
with Product, Engineering, and Client Operations to ensure
alignment between customer needs and product capabilities. Proposal
Commercial Development Create customized proposals, pricing
structures, and financial models that reflect customer goals and
organizational economics. Executive Engagement Facilitate strategic
conversations with senior leadership teams (CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CTOs,
and others). Maintain momentum and clarity throughout the sales
process, especially at critical decision points. Market Competitive
Insight Gather structured feedback from the field to inform product
strategy, GTM priorities, and competitive positioning. Share
insights on buying patterns, workflow pain points, and emerging
trends. What We’re Looking For Experience Expertise 5–7 years of
enterprise software sales experience within healthcare, with a
history of managing multi?stakeholder, multi?phase sales cycles.
Demonstrated success closing large, multi?year deals at the
seven?figure level. Strong understanding of clinical operations,
scheduling dynamics, staffing models, and throughput challenges.
Analytical Financial Acumen Ability to build ROI frameworks,
interpret unit economics, and articulate cost?versus?value
tradeoffs to executive audiences. Communication Mastery Skilled at
distilling complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Confident leading high?stakes meetings and guiding senior leaders
