We are seeking enthusiastic Home Show Demonstrators in the Monroe, LA area and surrounding communities to join our growing team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be engaging with home show attendees, introducing our products, and securing qualified sales leads for our in-home design team. Compensation: Hourly pay bonus based on quality appointments set. Essential Duties Attract visitors and staff booth at home shows and events Promote Tubbs by Grubbs products and provide basic product overviews to attendees Engage with passersby and draw them into the booth Explain key product features and benefits Book in-home consultation appointments Secure entry forms and collect contact information Maintain a professional appearance throughout events Ensure cleanliness and organization of the booth Collect and submit daily leads to the Event Coordinator Qualifications Strong communication skills Positive, outgoing personality Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event environment Reliable transportation for travel to scheduled shows/events Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Weekend availability required Powered by JazzHR mOKO3GddhD
