Job Description:
Job Description Job Description This posting will require full
time or part time work on site in Shreveport, LA. We are seeking a
Behavior Therapist interested in working with children with autism,
ADHD, and other developmental concerns to join our team! You will
be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to
children in an individual or group setting. You will be trained and
supervised by a licensed behavioral health professional and will
work alongside other behavior therapists. Responsibilities:
Implementation of behavior treatment plans Complete daily data
collection and documentation Discuss treatment goals and milestones
with families Participate in treatment team meetings Complete
required education and certification as provided by employer
Qualifications: Previous experience with children or adults with
disabilities, with children and education, counseling, social work,
or other related fields College degree preferred. High school or
equivalent required (18 or older) Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to build rapport with children Excellent written and verbal
communication skills Background check compliant with LA Department
